Overall goal of this project
Stereotypes are communicated wherever we look. No matter if it is on instagram or on travel blogs. When informing ourselves about a destination we want to go, we mainly read the stories of foreigners who traveled to this place before. But: is this really the way we want to experience different places all over the world? Always from the lense of what we already know?
Through the “Native Narrative” project, we amplify the voices of Native individuals. At ChargeHolidays, we’re building a platform that allows you to share the unique scents of your homeland and choose the colors that best capture the essence of your childhood memories. When it comes to describing landscapes or recommending authentic bars and restaurants, no one can do it better than someone intimately familiar with the culture and heritage—the Natives.
