Our Sustainability Dreamcatcher allows travelers to get transparent insights into the sustainable methods an accommodation is using. Divided into 7 categories, it brings light into the label jungle of more than 150 international certificates in the hotel industry. You, as a traveler, can directly see in which category the accommodation is behaving sustainability and where it still has deficiencies. This not only enables you to make an informed decision but also motivates the accommodations to improve their sustainable practices. The data is derived either from our own questionnaire or from one of our certification partners, recognized by the Global Sustainable  Tourism Council. In the latter case you will sign the icon of the respective label in the middle of the Dreamcatcher.

Thanks to our cooperation with myclimate you can contribute to a more sustainable world by calculating your CO2 footprint and donating a respective sum. We believe in the concept of firstly minimizing your emissions. However, we are aware that it is difficult to plan a carbon neutral trip, hence the myclimate projects such as building sustainble cooking equipment in Kenya can help on a social as well as environmental level.
